ZBills's terms of use are being written and will be published here before anything is charged for beyond the launch payment and the on-chain fees the site already describes.
Until then, the short version: ZBills is a set of contracts on Robinhood Chain and a website. A launch is paid for in ZEC, and a payment that has launched a coin cannot be reversed. Trades are prepared for you to sign with your own wallet. ZBills is not affiliated with Zcash, Electric Coin Company or the Zcash Foundation. Nothing on ZBills is insured, guaranteed, or a promise of anything, and a coin's price can go to nothing.
